Hight bar VS low bar squats

Both of the squats increase strength. I'm at the gym I tend to do both. 

 

The high bar squat has a bar that sits higher up on the back. And the lower one has the bar on the lower back

 

Low bar increases your muscles and the leg activities. 

The hight bar targets your glutes and hamstrings.
