Langkah progresif, setiap hari?

Saya ingin tahu apakah ada di antara Anda yang memulai dengan jumlah langkah yang lebih rendah pada hari Senin, lalu melanjutkannya sepanjang minggu.

 

Atau pola jalan kaki yang lain? Mungkin kamu bisa jalan kaki 15 km hari Senin, Rabu, Jumat, dan 10 km di hari-hari lainnya?

 

Atau ganti hari-hari latihan beban dengan hari-hari latihan beban? Semoga ada saran dari sini. Saat ini saya melakukan hal yang sama setiap hari.

    I do 10,000 steps per day to get the full coin and after that everything else is bonus

    I just do what I want. Either I walk extra because I'm off work and able to hike or because I'm trying to keep up with another app challenge. Usually my steps are from work and dogwalking. Haven't tried this app yet during tennis/pickleball/badminton yet. Also depends if I'm not suffering too much with tendinitis (feet). So, my days are from 8 to 16k.
