I ran home from my physiotherapy skinny a few days ago, so that was new. Some of it was in a busy area, which is less than ideal, but it was different from my usual routes (so in balance it was good).
Saya merasa saya perlu membuat kegiatan lari saya sedikit lebih menarik.
Saya bosan kalau rutenya datar saja, jadi saya mencoba memasukkan beberapa bagian menanjak dan menurun.
Saya juga suka mencoba rute baru sesekali untuk sedikit mengubah keadaan.
