Anyone having trouble following the 16/8 rule at work? I do labor work and to not eat anything till noon is really hard. Plus with coworkers bringing goodies, it's so hard to say NOOOO!!!
THEN, say you are able to make it through the day, with the traffic during rush hour and having to go home and cook then eat, 8 hours doesn't seem to be possible. How do you guys do it?
Also, does drinking count? Morning coffee/tea?
