Lifestyle changes like eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly can help lower high blood pressure. Some people also need to take medicines. The best way to find out which way is better for you is to consult your doctor.

It's best if you talk to your doctor about it because high blood pressure can be caused by other conditions.

Definitely exercise and diet helps in lowering blood pressure.

You need to eat a healthy diet anyway but exercise will definitely help. Meditation is calming for the mind so that can help you with stress which helps with high blood pressure.

Your doctor will be the one to answer that. Likely, it will not be an either-or situation, but rather some combination of both.

Definitely diet and exercise helps but in some case you will be put on medication. I have diabetes and that cause high blood pressure. I tried exercise and diet it didn't do much for my numbers so he put me on a small dose of medicine to helps it further.

Not sure to stop medicine because need to ask doctors first, but I know that some superfood such as blueberries and hawthorn can help lower  blood pressure and protect against atherosclerosis.

i'll avoid medication if your diet/ exercise can control it, as this will become chronic
