Qualcuno può aiutarmi a riscattare le carte, per favore?

Qualcuno può spiegarmi come posso usare le mie carte fedeltà dopo aver incassato le monete per i miei passi... Ho 3 carte nella mia cartella premi ma non riesco a capire come usarle.

    Click on the reward you want to use, verify the phone number associated with your account, then copy and paste the alphanumeric code in the gift card section on Amazon to redeem

      I've done that and everything I click the redeem i get directed to a page for Amazon and it won't load ...I've tried all 3 Amazon gift cards and they all do the same thing...
Please help if you can .
