I'm having the same issue. I have reinstalled it 4 times and still not giving me coins. I have also emailed the company twice

It was saved the cions about 5000 steps. But don't save coins anymore.

You might have accidentally logged into a different account. I did that before

I deleted the data and cache for the app and today it seems to be working. We'll see if it resets at midnight.
