You have to control in the rewards section of the app

I don't know the reason, but at least once, a reward can take up to 10 days to process. I've redeemed 30 times since last September. My 29th took 7 days. All the others were instant.

Mine are all instant. But, I have been seeing people complaining that their rewards are taking longer to redeem.
