I miei premi non vengono elaborati. Sono bloccati con lo stato di elaborazione. Non posso più riscattare nulla finché il mio ordine del 27 agosto non verrà elaborato!! Avete idee su cosa fare?

    The same thing is happening to me, over 2 weeks of "processing".  I have emailed support multiple times with no response.
