Ho avuto problemi anche con la mia app dopo che si è connessa a una VPN fuori dal Canada... ora non riesco a ottenere più di 1 punto ogni volta che apro una casella CASHWALK. L'ho disinstallata e reinstallata con un account completamente diverso dopo NESSUNA ASSISTENZA da parte degli sviluppatori dell'app. Non funziona ancora. Prima che ti succeda, ti consiglio di provare una nuova app: WeWard! Finora l'app funziona in modo più fluido, con molta meno pubblicità, premi migliori (smartphone Apple!) e i punti non sono limitati a 10.000 passi al giorno.
I also had issues with my app after it connected to a VPN outside Canada...now I cannot get more than 1 point every time I open a CASHWALK box. Uninstalled and reinstalled with a totally different account after ZERO SUPPORT from the app makers. Still doesn't work. Before this happens to you I recommend trying new app -WeWard! So far app works more smoothly, way less ads, better rewards (Apple phones!) and points aren't limited to 10,000 steps daily.
