Ho scritto la mia tesi di laurea ascoltando questa colonna sonora. Non ho mai visto Madama Butterfly, ma ho sentito dire che è praticamente la stessa storia. Un soldato occidentale incontra una prostituta asiatica, si innamora, se ne va durante la caduta della città e scopre di avere un figlio insieme. È una storia straziante con un finale triste. La voce di Lea Salonga, però!

18.44 - I am only aware of this musical because a classmate of mine performed a song from Miss Saigon at our Cabaret Night (a night of Broadway songs and one act plays performed by students). I fell in love from that one song.
