Ah! Guarda cosa ho fatto

Lascio arachidi crude e non salate per gli scoiattoli e gli uccelli che visitano il nostro giardino, e gli scoiattoli le sotterrano dappertutto. Ogni volta che ne trovavo una che germogliava, la trapiantavo in un grande contenitore di plastica, giusto per vedere cosa sarebbe successo.

 

Ne ho tirato fuori uno oggi, e guarda cosa ho trovato! Che figata! Sono un coltivatore di arachidi, lol.

    That is so cool. Can I ask you, what state or country do you live in? I'm in Arizona, and I don't think they would grow here. Too hot and dry.

      I'm in coastal NC. I just put them in a plastic tub in regular garden soil and they took off.

I remember reading that they do like it wet, so Arizona probably wouldn't be an ideal environment for them to thrive, but who knows?
