Meditazione?

La gente dice sempre che la meditazione aiuta a sentirsi meglio e migliora significativamente la vita, ma cos'è esattamente? Ripetere frasi più e più volte? Qualcuno può spiegarmelo?

    I am really not sure. When I think of meditation I think of a person sitting with their legs crossed in a dark  quiet room with their eyes closed and clearing their mind. 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️

    5c. Meditation is all about being in the present moment. Focus on your breathing, the noises you hear, sensations and thoughts that come through your mind. It helps your mind focus one the now, but not on the past or future. Repeating phrases is called positive affirmations where you make the positive phrase stick in your mind until you believe it.

    18 - I think the closest I have gotten to meditation was through yoga and or breath work both require u to concentrate and cheat your mind and both left me feeling reset
