I am not a fan of deer but she is pretty.
Sono andato in Italia durante l'estate e ho trovato questi bellissimi cervi seduti all'ombra. Ho visto altre persone accarezzare i cervi, quindi ho deciso di provare ad avvicinarmi e mi hanno lasciato accarezzarli. È stato un momento così bello e spero che accada di nuovo qualcosa del genere.

I don't recommend petting nor feeding wildlife. From what I have heard and read, petting deer makes them more susceptible to predators, especially fawns. Fawns are born with very little if no scent for a few weeks and the mothers will leave them in the wild for a few hours. Petting them puts your scent on them and they are more likely to be hunted than not.
