14. Keto Jalapeno Popper Casserole

Ingredients:

 



  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cubed


  • 1 tbsp garlic powder


  • 1 tbsp onion powder


  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  • 8 oz cream cheese


  • ½ cup heavy cream


  • 5 jalapeno peppers seeded and diced


  • 2 cups mature cheddar cheese shredded

Topping



  • 6 slices bacon cooked, chopped

 

Instructions :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 375F. Spray a casserole dish with oil.

 

  • Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the casserole. Cover with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Give it a good mix to cover the chicken with seasonings.

 

  • Then add cream cheese and heavy cream and combine well.

 

  • Cover the casserole dish with jalapenos and cheddar cheese.

 

  • Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

 

  • Top up with cooked bacon crumbles before serving.
