pretzelpretzelpretzelpretzelOggi al lavoro ho preparato una grande quantità di pretzel. Adoro fare il pane, quindi è quello che faccio al lavoro. Li vendiamo al supermercato "da asporto" del nostro hotel.

    21.51 - Ooooh, yummy! I love a big pretzel. I got one recently at my town's fair but could only eat 2 bites of it. I took it home and reheated it in my air fryer (wrapped in a wet paper towel for moisture). That 1 pretzel lasted over a week! My stomach is tiny and breads expand so I get full FAST after VSG (the sleeve) operation.

      21.52 - My SO lives on pizza. Do you do anything special to make the pizza kind of pretzels? Like, do I need to wet the pretzel or do an egg wash before putting cheese on it?
