Sto cercando di riscattare il mio premio, è frustrante perché ogni volta che ci provo compare sullo schermo il messaggio "Devo verificare il mio account". Quando lo faccio, mi dice che questo numero è verificato.
Se è verificato, perché non mi consente di riscattare il mio premio?

We're assuming you hit redeem a second time to actually get it to acquire the gift card? I know some people have been having processing, which is that second redeem press, issues. Contact support if it doesnt.
