Ho appena provato latte e cannella nel mio caffè. Delizioso. Immagino che ci siano diverse varianti di cannella che potrei provare, ma dovrò trovare un negozio di spezie.

20.54 - And cinnamon has lots of health benefits. There is celylon cinnamon and.... I can't remember the other kind. Celylon is cheaper and most of what we see in the US unless you go to a specialty shop. The other kind is more prevalent in India (if I remember correctly from what I read about this!)

I've not tried it, but I've heard it's good. I have a good quality cinnamon at home, so I should give it a try.
