As much as I LOVE the bacon double cheese poutine at Harvey's, at 850 calories, it unfortunately cannot make the low calorie fast food list! If looking for a calorie-wise choice, I would have to recommend the grilled chicken sandwich. It is only 270 calories for this flame grilled, seasoned, Canadian chicken breast. If you are looking to make it a meal, the side salad only has 35 calories! That's only 305 calories for a WHOLE meal!! It's hard to beat that at home, let alone a fast food restaurant!
