17.36 - I agree. If your self worth is tied to what someone believes about you, how is it YOUR self worth?

17.33 - Peaches are a good source of fiber, which can help with cholesterol removal, bowel health, blood sugar stabilization, and satiety. The fiber in peaches may also help prevent constipation and high cholesterol by increasing HDL ("good") cholesterol levels and managing LDL ("bad") cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

17.34 - Peaches are in season during the summer, when they are freshest and have the most flavor and nutritional value. When choosing a peach, look for one with taut, fuzzy skin that gives slightly when squeezed.

17.35 - If you are like me and only want to eat a peach that is tender and has juicy flesh just bursting with flavor, I found a great article on picking a ripe peach. I have been burned by the "squeeze" test before. Supposedly, the method outlined in this article from an expert peach picker is nearly foolproof  🤞

I go by smell, by the time they're soft, they're over ripe. Same for a lot of fruits.

I just had a nectarine. It's very similar to a peach! The only difference that I notice is the fuzz.
