I usually have toasties with corned beef and eggs. And sometimes having them with butter is great as well.
Un nuovo sapore da provare oggi: formaggio, manzo in scatola e chutney di cipolle rosse. Sono rimasto piuttosto sorpreso dal sapore gradevole. Anche se il chutney era un po' forte. Che tipo di toast preferite?

I've never heard them called toasties. I just called them grilled cheese sandwiches. I do love a good jalapeño popper grilled cheese. Have you ever tried making one with mayonnaise on the outside instead of butter?
