In Corea, d'estate, mangiamo spesso noodles freddi (naengmyeon) accompagnati da un piatto di carne o maiale bollito... È delizioso...

Non so come descrivere questo sapore.

È fresco, rinfrescante e delizioso.

      There are a lot of them. If you like meat, try bulgogi, seasoned grilled ribs, galbitang, Korean-style fried chicken, etc.  If you want to try a variety of flavors, there are many traditional Korean restaurants. The plating is pretty and it would be nice to be able to taste a variety of dishes. Are you traveling to Korea?

      I cooled the meat broth, seasoned it with salt, sugar and vinegar, and topped it with pickled radish. It becomes more delicious if you add additional vinegar and mustard.
