Qualsiasi allenamento a casa che consigli

A volte gioco a badminton con i colleghi o faccio yoga a casa. La maggior parte dei miei amici preferisce andare in palestra o nuotare. Consigliate qualche allenamento da fare a casa?

    What are your goals? You could start with calisthenics. Very little equipment is needed as you are relying on your own bodyweight to grain strength and mobility!

    Dance will definitely work and it's fun! Diet is important too. Cut down on some calories, reducing some sugars and fats can help. Good luck!!

      Yep I always cut down the sugar and salt for mg dishes.
