Post parto

Ciao!

 

Sono a 3 mesi e mezzo dal parto e allatto. Di recente ho ripreso gradualmente a fare attività fisica. Devo assicurarmi di assumere abbastanza calorie per produrre abbastanza latte per il mio bambino e compensare le camminate extra. Di recente sono tornata a una dieta pescetariana perché la mia dieta vegetariana non mi soddisfaceva. Quali sono le tue ricette pescetariane preferite?

    It's been a while since I made it but there's a simple recipe of cutting up some veggies (maybe tomatoes, onions, bell pepper) and you wrap that in foil with the fish and just bake it in the oven. You can add whatever seasonings you like to it too.
    Also sometimes just a plain fillet of salmon seasoned with lemon pepper.

    I'm not pesctarian but one of the things that I would eat when I was newly postpartum was a lot of oatmeal! Helped keep up my milk Supply as well!

      Oh really!? Just plain oatmeal? I don't particularly like it, but I'll eat it with fruit.
