Uova sode - Unisciti a Cashwalk #10

Ho avuto difficoltà a bollire le uova sode per alcune fasi. Ho provato tantissime volte a sgusciarle perfettamente. Fino a poco tempo fa, non ci riuscivo. Sono così felice di condividere con i Cash Walkers la mia esperienza!

    I've tried a dozen of ways to get the hard boiled eggs perfectly. The main difference is boiling eggs in the cold water or in the boiling water. For me, boiling water first worked. When the water boiled I lowered the heat a bit to prevent eggs cracking. Then timed between 6 minutes and 12 minutes. 6-7 minutes for a bit soft hard boiled eggs, and 10-12 minutes for hard boiled eggs. I also had eggs in the cold water to stop cooking.

    Since I started using "Instant Pot" they are perfect every time. 1.5 cups of water for 6 minutes and the shells never fail to come right off.

    For me the perfect way it is clearly 10 minutes and I like the ones on 3 minutes, but those are not boiled eggs. We called soft-boiled eggs (pasados por agua)

    When I boil it for 6 minutes, it becomes like the second picture, but it is the most delicious. If you boil it with a few drops of vinegar, the skin will peel off easily.

    Yes, there are some variables I need to consider such as eggs in the room temperature, or in the refrigerator, as well as size of the eggs to make the boiling process perfect. For the final comment-- everyone, let's enjoy boiling and eating eggs.
