75 - I had bad acne from 6th grade to 11th . It was terrible then 1 day it just cleared up. Sure I get the occasional " where'd that come from " zit but I feel your pain

Dimmi cosa hai provato e cosa hai provato, anche se vorrei sapere cosa hai testato e provato tu.
Una cosa che devo dire è che cambiare lenzuola e federe due volte a settimana si è dimostrato efficace, insieme a uno spray antibatterico per la pulizia quotidiana. Ma un pensiero che ho avuto di recente sotto la doccia è: cosa succederebbe se esistessero lenzuola autopulenti che usassero la nanotecnologia integrata per eliminare sporco e batteri, così da non doverle mai lavare?
Quindi, a qualsiasi inventore là fuori che si dia da fare, molto obbligato

M15..Acne all through school years, into 20's and still didn't disappear in 30's....ended up on Roacutane for 18 months as a last resort and touch wood, I have only ever had a couple of spots every few months or so since👍
