Do you just forget to or too lazy to brush? In the former case try write it down in a big piece of paper and stick it on the back of the door of your room to remind you. If it's the latter case sorry only you yourself can help.ย
Qualcuno ha qualche consiglio o trucco su come lavarsi i denti due volte al giorno? Io mi lavo sempre i denti prima di andare a letto, ma dovrei lavarli piรน spesso. Non riesco proprio ad abituarmi alla routine. Tutti i consigli sono benvenuti. ๐
