85. Technically you can meditate anywhere so that's not that big of a deal 🤔
La prossima settimana io e i miei amici andremo a scalare una montagna in Galles e, una volta in cima, faremo la nostra meditazione sui mantra e le affermazioni. Ho seguito i corsi nelle ultime settimane, quindi sono felice di ricominciare. Spero che godremo di panorami fantastici, visto che andremo di notte.
