Map how each day plays out, visually. How much time do you have to dedicate to other things. How much do you actually dedicate. How much time does it take to get yourself together? What about your household? How much free time do you have? And how much time do you have to put towards things you want to do? Once you have everything laid out you can shrink and grow certain categories as you see fit. But implement a plan to take you through it in the first couple weeks until it becomes a habit.
