Before working out eat a banana about 30-60 minutes before your work out as they maximise your performance and also after your work out.

I personally love bananas as they are very good and also make me less tired when I go to the gym they help me perform better on the machines and knowing that they do so much for my body makes me want to eat them more

Coffee is also a good pre work out drink as it helps your body and health in various ways. One of them being increasing your metabolism, strength and enchance your athletic performance. Coffee is easy to make and not too expensive to get so you don't have to worry about spending so much money on a good pre work out drink

However regular coffee is also good. Both increase concentration and focus

On the other hand, you can't have too much catheine as it can make you feel light headed and tired. An appropriate amount of catheine can be 3-6 grams.

I'm my perspective I love taking coffee before I work out as it personally helps me preform better. In my experience it makes me less tired and Im sure many people will also agree !!

Working out is crucial and makes it way better whilst having a pre work out snack or drink as they do help. Also you won't have to worry about not having enough motivation to work out and being tired ๐Ÿ˜ด
