Qual è la tua serie preferita di Star Trek e perché?

 

Il mio è DS9, soprattutto perché mi piace che abbia trame lunghe e onnicomprensive. Gul Dukat è anche semplicemente... il cattivo più delizioso di tutti i tempi. Il modo in cui continuano a fargli balenare davanti la redenzione e lui risponde "nah, sono un fascista genocida irrimediabile, grazie" e poi il modo in cui lo trattano alla fine 😉 pura poesia.

"The most delicious villain" is one of the most apt descriptions for Gul Dukat. I did not like the way he went out: I thought it was too cartoonish, but Gul Dukat and Kai Winn were a great couple to fare against each other.
 
I like TOS and the controversial Enterprise. But what I have on my screen 24/7 is actually VOY. It makes me long for home, wherever it may be.

      Hahaha that cartoonish end was what killed me! It was sooooo disrespectful to the character that it was a clear statement by the showrunners - F this mofo🤣 Even Kai Winn, also top-tier villain, got a better treatment because she was at least *sincere* in her convictions.

I completely agree with you. I thought DS9 had a lot more potential than the way it ended.
 
And when Jadzia Dax died, it broke my heart. Not that I did not like Ezra Dax, but I thought that Jadzia Dax w/ Wolfe could offer many more glorious stories.

      Aww yeah Lower Decks! I keep forgetting about that one! I think it's just so meta and funny that I think of it as a series of inside jokes more than its own show lol
