    I've never bulked always gym and dieting to lose weight.Once I get to my ideal weight inlay consider bulking a bit.I don't get how the extra cals and weight turn to muscle though is it not fat you put on bulking? Thanks for advice

    @Steve Since I started my bulking journey I have gained very little fat. But since I'm the age of 14 8 months,my BMI is above average but I have not gained a bunch of fat from this product. I eat 2800 calories a day.
