In un certo senso mi manca servire ai tavoli. Il divertimento era incontrare gente e la frenesia del venerdì o del sabato. La parte brutta era trasportare vassoi pesanti. La mia schiena non me lo permette più.

      Of course it does depend upon the establishment but your money days, as far as tips are concerned, is Fridays and Saturdays. And yes, it can be really good. Sometimes on Thursday. The worse day is Monday as people already spent their checks from the week before.

Another downside is putting up with the bu!!$h9t from customers being rude and obnoxious. You're often looked down on and definitely need to have a tough skin.
