Just like any other jobs and bosses, we all have to deal with such a work environment. Cheer up though!
Questa signora dovrebbe davvero rilassarsi e riflettere su tutte le sciocchezze che le escono di bocca prima di riaprirla. È davvero una rottura quando non ci si può fidare di una parola del proprio capo, non si tratta nemmeno di cercare di costruire un team e creare un ambiente che spinga le persone a impegnarsi di più, si tratta solo di dare la colpa a tutti gli altri per i suoi tremendi fallimenti come manager. Sta seduta in ufficio il 95% del tempo.
Dovrebbe passare il 90% del suo tempo in ufficio a supportare i suoi supervisori e il suo ASM. Non è mai stata così male finché il suo responsabile regionale non è andato in pensione. Sono solo combattuta, mi rende infelice quando devo avere a che fare con lei, ma ho bisogno di lavorare e il mio lavoro mi piace per lo più.

Sorry you have to go thru that type of abuse. If you decide to move on, make sure you have another job in place (and if possible be already working there) before walking away. And I mean, literally WALK AWAY. The next time she decides to belittle you, remove yourself immediately by walking away. No one deserves that.
Monica PaireI hope the situation takes an unexpected turn for the better. One time I came back from vacation and found out the two most toxic people on our staff were gone. They were related. When the one got fired for being caught doing something bad (story changed depending on who told it), the other started mouthing off, so the manager told her to go too.
