I lost 3000 coins since yesterday :(. Send a message to customer support. Still waiting for a response
Non è la prima volta che scompaiono delle monete dal mio account. Ieri ero contento che ce ne fossero circa 4400, ma oggi ne sono scomparse 1000. E ne ho circa 3400 rimaste. Succede a tutti o è solo a me? Chi sa dove scriverne?

If I've ever lost any, I've never noticed. I don't keep track of every point, but would know if I lost 1000 or more. Hope they figure it out for you.

Yes this happened to me the other day but to be fair I don't recall doing anything to deserve the big jump in steps I'd had. I thought it was just the system righting itself.
