This is the fourth person I see posting about this issue. They are really taking us for a ride.. insane really.
The "may take a few days" that says when i redeemed my coins is turning into several days. I hope i'll get it soon.
What gift card did you try to cash out for?
It has always been amazon since the beginning i joined. Never had an issue before.

I don't think I ahve but sometimes if you reach out, they check and see something is holding it up and they can fix it.

I sent 2 messages to customer service with no response
I've sent one message today regarding my gift card. No response yet
They won't fix it! They just told me it's the system error and said this sometimes happens. They said they would improve the system later but refused to give me back my coins earned!
Haven't cashed out since the new app but hope they aren't implementing wait lists
Cashwalk haven't update any issues some cashwalkers are experiencing so i'm not sure if they are implementing a wait list.
I always wait for 3 days. I got it.
It has been more than 3 days on mine, so i will be messaging the support soon.
I haven't had the issue and redeemed last week with no issue but who knows . Everyone seems to have different versions of the app
Seems like every country have different versions of the app, so not sure about my fellow USA cashwalkers if they are experiencing the same problem as me.

Tomorrow it'll be my 6 days of waiting, so time for me to ask support of what's going on.

Finally today they gave it to me, so i'm happy.
This happened to me yesterday. Still waiting. I redeemed for Amazon. I've now seen a few posts with this issue. One person was suspended soon after. ( Maybe that was justified 🤷. ). I've been using app since last September and always got gift card instantly
I redeemed another $5 a few days ago and it didn't happen again, so maybe it was just an update of the new version of cashwalk.
