Unfortunately, there are a number of bugs that like tomatoes? You'll have to get in there, look under the leaves and scratch around the soil, to see which ones they are. Nonchemical way of getting them is hand picking and squashing or dump into a bag that immediately goes to the trash can; spray with soapy water (supposedly blocks the airway and dries their outer shells for breathing); on the ground, diamatascious earth and powder. Chemical wise, there are so many, just be sure to wash the fruit before eating. Also clean up and leaf litter and weeds so the bugs have no where to hid.
