78. To be fair (pun not intended. Or maybe) being a food cook sucks no matter where you are. Just gotta do one order at a time.
Lavorare in una fiera ha la sua follia, ma ieri è stato ben oltre. A parte l'affluenza record, la folla quasi incessante che cercava di accaparrarsi del cibo (io sono cuoco in uno degli stand gastronomici), noi (lo staff) ci stavamo infastidendo a vicenda. Stiamo tutti contando i giorni che mancano alla fine.

Yeah, working at a fair during record crowd attendance sounds absolutely bonkers. I can only imagine the insane rush to get food and the chaos of the crowd. And on top of that, the staff getting on each other's nerves just adds to the madness. No wonder you're all counting down the days until the event is over!
