Ciao,

 

Non riesco ad accedere alla pagina dei premi dell'app Cashwalk perché mi considera in un altro Paese. La foto allegata dice tutto. Come posso risolvere questo problema? Ho circa 7.600 passi. Vorrei sottolineare che ho inviato 2 messaggi all'indirizzo email indicato nel link "Contattaci" ( support@cashwalk.io ), ma non ricevo alcuna risposta. Grazie e cordiali saluti.

    You have 7600 steps or coins. Check you VNP. I know when I was traveling outside of the States last year. They suspended my account because they detected that I was in a non service country. I have to emailed them and provide proof of travel..

      Did you have to repeatedly followup with them to get a response? How long was the turnaround in your case? Thanks for any insight.

      Total forever. They are very slow with responses. Took almost two months. I have to constantly emailed them.. after a month or so still nothing.. I then went on Apple Store and complained on there but it worked. They unlocked my account.
