I had to email them, seems like most of the time it takes 3-7 days to get rewards, my first reward took about 4 days to get to me and I had emailed them twice before hand, they claim it should show up between 3-7 days on the rewards tab.

I can't even redeem any points cause it's saying my phone number has been verified. I know it hasn't cause I still got points to redeem . I redeemed some 2 years ago but I have walked some more since then. Why want they give me my gift cards.
