Non è possibile riscattare le monete

Ho raggiunto 5000 monete e quando clicco sul pulsante di riscatto mi dice di prendere 10.000 monete per ottenere una carta regalo da 5$? Cosa? Qualcuno ha lo stesso problema? C'è un bug?
