      It doesn't work I tried using the card at subway it says it's not eligible

    Whoa whoa whoa! I can tell you I have honestly NEVER had any of their cards not work for me. HOWEVER you need to make sure whoever is applying the gift card to your subway balance either knows how to enter/use a DIGITAL gift card or can MANUALLY ENTER THE GIFT CARD NUMBER.
