Account sospeso

Il mio account è stato sospeso dopo un aggiornamento. Sono passati due mesi da quando ho contattato l'assistenza tecnica senza ricevere alcun aiuto. Non sono riuscito a riscattare i miei premi.

    I'm sorry that happened. I've noticed there have been quite a few accounts suspended lately. Did you happen to have a prior account? What country are you from and Apple or Android?

      Are you a new user? I'm just wondering if maybe it's because your phone number was an old users phone number

      I'm not a new user I had this account since 2023 has the same number however I did recently switched wireless providers

      I don't know what the cause could be. I am sorry it happened. Cashwalk used to be such a good app but it's definitely going down hill and of course customer support rarely responds. 
      
      I know if you post a negative review to Google play that used to help I'm not sure if it's help in your case though
