Qualcun altro ha riscontrato dei problemi?

Ciao! Sono stato fuori città lo scorso fine settimana e i primi due giorni sembravano andati bene. Poi è arrivato il terzo giorno e mi sono reso conto che, sebbene i passi fossero visualizzati sull'app, i forzieri non comparivano. Il giorno dopo è andato tutto bene. Ora è ripartito da 1 per i passi principali e sotto 1k per il grafico. Ho molti più di questi numeri. Ho mandato un'email all'azienda due volte ma non hanno risposto, quindi ero curioso di sapere se sta succedendo solo a me. Fatemi sapere e fatemi sapere se avete trovato una soluzione! Ho già controllato gli aggiornamenti e riavviato il telefono.

hello! I think I didnt explain it well enough. what i mean is it kept resetting to 1 step within the same day....id watch it go up and then drop down. after midnight (even when I travel to a different time zone, it goes with my OG time zone which gives me an extra hr of time) is when it resets, not 5 pm or every hr before that hun! like u said, it resets DAILY and u can see that same day and same hr, nothing changed for me even though I was walking while on my phone today. even now, 5 hrs later after walking around at the mall and stuff, I'm only at 28 steps. I think ur confused cuz u might be in a different time zone than u hun! I'm in PT rn til winter (Az life lol) so if u see the times in my screenshot and same day (its still Monday for me) in my 3+ yrs of having this app, I've never seen this glitch. sux
