Per chi vuole perdere peso. Cosa vi spinge ad andare in palestra ogni giorno?

Per prima cosa, vorrei parlare della mia situazione di salute: circa un anno fa mi è stato diagnosticato il diabete e l'ipertensione e da allora ho lavorato per perdere peso.

    One of them is what I call Time Blocking. I assign a block of time to do a very specific task. And I disciplined myself to carry out that plan without questioning. When the alarm or a reminder goes off, I drop whatever I was doing and get to that task right away. It's not easy as a busy adult with many priorities, but this has been the most effective habit that I built.
