Find a new hobby and start little by little to crawl your way out of the hole

Do not despair. It's perfectly ok to start over again tomorrow. Nobody said it would be easy. The steeper and taller the mountain to climb, the more amazing and rewarding the view will be at the top. Perhaps try to mix or change things up, with your eating and your walking.
