Negli ultimi tempi sono stato piuttosto bravo a mangiare, ma questo weekend non è stato il massimo. Ho mangiato troppo e non è stato il massimo per me.

    I feel this, I have not been eating good and there are many celebrations ahead for me so I need to get some activity in before all that happens.
