Do you want your legs and butt to feel like a stone? Well, here I leave you two exercises with which you will surely achieve it!
The first is the Bulgarian squat, in which we must place our foot on top of the bench or support where we are going to support ourselves and, keeping our chest high, we lower our knee to the ground while the other leg flexes 90 degrees. With this we will be able to work the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, medius and minimus, hamstrings, abductors, calves and hip muscles and, depending on the inclination with which we do it, we will involve more of one or the other. The second is about the hip thrust. Later we will go down controlling the movement and repeat the same thing as many times as we want. The muscles that are activated when doing a hip thrust are, above all, the gluteus maximus and the hamstrings. The quadriceps and spinal extensors also indirectly, and the gluteus medius and minimus, which help with movement.
