Combine it with aerobic exercise first.
strength training is literally an exercise that strengthens muscles, it will not make your arm circumference thinner. However, when you gain muscle, your lines become prettier and your basal metabolic rate increases, which helps burn fat. If you do aerobic exercise consistently for more than 3 months, you will lose fat and have beautiful lines.
Exercise equipment used include chest press, shoulder press, arm curl, seated row, and lat pulldown. It usually weighs around 20 to 30 pounds. I don't want to make my muscles too big, but I want firm muscles without sagging fat.
If you exercise with machines like me, do 3 sets of 15 repetitions, with rest periods between 1 minute and 30 seconds for each set. You can't rest for a long time. The reason is that the above intensity is an exercise that strengthens endurance muscles...then you can burn fat more efficiently.
