Here are some of my favorite exercises. They're great for shaping and strengthening my glutes. I can do them at home without any equipment! I can even do them in bed if I'm feeling lazy. For fun, I've described them in haikus!
Glute bridges:
Lie on your back flat
Lift your hips and squeeze your butt
Lower and repeat
Clamshells:
Lie on your side bent
Lift your top knee like a clam
Lower and switch sides
Fire hydrants:
Hands and knees on ground
Lift your leg out to the side
Lower and switch legs
Donkey kicks:
Hands and knees on ground
Kick your leg like a donkey
Lower and switch legs
